Pass Your Road Test with a Former MPI Examiner
Most students don't fail because they can't drive.
They fail because nobody showed them what examiners are actually evaluating.
Our Chief Instructor is a Former MPI Driver Examiner who has evaluated thousands of road tests and now helps students prepare using the same standards.
Train smarter.
Drive safer.
Pass with confidence.
Lesson Policies & Terms
These policies are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable learning experience for all students. By booking lessons with TurboPass Driving School, students acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. To help us manage instructor availability fairly, students are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice if a lesson needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.
-
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $70 cancellation fee.
-
Students who fail to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice may also be charged a $70 no-show fee.
-
For students using lesson packages, TurboPass may deduct one lesson from the package instead of charging a separate cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances.
Late Arrival
Please be ready at the agreed meeting or pick-up location at the scheduled lesson time.
-
Lessons will normally finish at the originally scheduled time, even if a student arrives late.
-
If a student is more than 15 minutes late without contacting the instructor, the lesson may be treated as a no-show.
Payment
-
Payment for individual lessons is due upon completion of the lesson unless alternative arrangements have been approved in advance.
-
Payment for lesson packages is required according to the agreed booking arrangement.
-
Once training under a lesson package has begun, payments are generally non-refundable.
-
Any outstanding balance must be settled before additional lessons or services can be provided.
Weather, Road Conditions & Safety
Student and instructor safety is always our highest priority.
-
Lessons may be postponed or rescheduled when weather, road conditions, vehicle conditions, or other safety concerns make instruction unsuitable.
-
If TurboPass Driving School cancels or reschedules a lesson for safety reasons, no cancellation fee will be charged.
-
The instructor has the final decision regarding whether a lesson can safely proceed.
Student Conduct & Learning Environment
TurboPass Driving School is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and safe learning environment.
Students are expected to:
-
Follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the instructor.
-
Treat instructors, staff, training vehicles, and other road users with respect.
-
Maintain appropriate behaviour throughout the lesson.
TurboPass Driving School reserves the right to end a lesson if a student's behaviour creates a safety concern or significantly interferes with instruction.
Training Vehicle & Safety Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring they hold the appropriate valid driver's licence required for training.
Students should notify TurboPass Driving School of any licence suspension, restriction, medical condition affecting driving, or other circumstances that could affect lesson safety.
For safety reasons, instructors may modify, shorten, or discontinue a lesson if essential safety instructions cannot be followed.
Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Complimentary pick-up and drop-off is available within our regular South Winnipeg service area for eligible lessons and training programs.
-
Pick-up availability may vary depending on instructor scheduling and location.
-
Students may also be asked to meet at an agreed training location when appropriate.
